Court Time, Fees and Refunds
Court reservations may be made for one hour, 90 minutes, or two hours. It is the players responsibility to monitor the time and relinquish the court at the designated time, regardless of match progress.
Fees are requested at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the reservation time will be refunded in full to the original form of payment. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the reservation time will be refunded as a credit to your APC Court Reserve account. All other cancellations, including no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
Social Play Policies for Guests and Members
Reservations for Social Plays are encouraged. Registrants are asked to check-in for the social within the first 30 minutes of play. Registered players who do not check-in within that time will forfeit the spot to waitlisted and/or walk-in players on site. Members who reserve a spot and do not show, or cancel within 1 hour of start time, will be charged a flat fee of $15.
